Day 4 at the Gym – 45 minutes and Incline 6!!!!


Yesterday, I said that I would work my way up to 45 minutes on the treadmill at an incline of 6.

I awoke this morning with a determination that I can not explain. I asked myself why I limited myself and did not belief that I could do the whole 45 minutes as the trainer suggested. There was no answer. I had self-imposed a non-existent limitation! Of course, I had to prove my theory.

I am so pleased with myself right now. Not only did I do the incline of 6 the entire time, but I stayed the course for a solid 45 minutes and then did my 5 minute cool-down. Yay!!!!! I have NEVER in my life been on a treadmill for that long. I have always just stopped at 30 minutes because someone said that is all you need to do.

Well, If I am going to transform my body to an AMAZING BODY, I must not set limitations! I am so happy right now!
