I’m sedentary?

I thought I was fairly active these days.  Of course it is not a good thing to be sedentary.  I do not care for labels and I consider sedentary to be a bad one.  Why? Because it reminds me of the word LAZY! I am not lazy! Therefore, I am not accepting sedentary.


According to the experts, if you average below 3000 steps a day, you are sedentary.

I must STEP UP my walking!
