My Truth 365_36 – Extreme Mindfulness for 21 Days

If it takes 21 days to create a habit (many disagree, but I am going with it), then I am up for the challenge. Within my desire to be fully accountable to myself for the next 365 days, I have decided to be vulnerable and practice mindfulness just as openly.

My focus is specifically relating to health and wellness, more specifically, my food issues. For the next 21 days, I will be extremely aware of what I consume, my mental state, and how my body responds. This is HUGE!

Right now, I am desperate for a cup of coffee… no bueno! I need water instead. I know this because I am mindful of what is best for me and my body.
